In 2025, we received a Diamond LearnX award for our Call It Out e-learning online module.

This award recognises the quality of the learning design and learner experience — something we’ve been very intentional about, particularly as this module sits within one of our most well-established programs, Call It Out.

While face-to-face delivery will always be a powerful option, we know many organisations need flexible, scalable ways to build capability. This recognition reinforces that online delivery, when done well, can deliver real impact.
